About the role
Working as a key member of this successful small team, you will drive growth through the provision of outstanding service and the development of sound business practices. You will undertake the full range of recruitment services including permanent recruitment and temp/contract staff placement of senior roles within your specialist sector. You will also be responsible for strategic business development, candidate sourcing and relationship management as well as employing your own network to build and maintain a profitable desk. As such you will have the opportunity of being the sole practitioner in your chosen sector. You will have the sector to yourself, free of competition from other Horizon consultants.
About you
We are keen to welcome a high performance recruiter with expertise and networks which have been developed within the sectors of Accounting/Finance or Tech/Ops in permanent or temp/contract recruitment. You are a commercially credible, experienced recruiter with a history that demonstrates your consistent ability to deliver exceptional results. You may be considering a return to work or you may be returning from abroad. And if you are currently operating as a specialist recruiter, no doubt the benefit and value of being provided exclusivity in your chosen sector is appealing to you. In any event, while this role is full-time, it could well be managed by a skilled operator on a more flexible basis.
